I call them on the 3rd of September they can out told me I needed a part ! Next day can back said part was broke ! Text me on 3 different occasions they were 30 mins out !! Never showed up ! Told us they couldn’t get the part ! Call spoke with Andy the 20 th of September. Now realize this has been going on since 3 September! Nothing done ! Then Andy informed me they can’t work on it because it was never inspected. The unit is four years old. It’s a DYI , mini split ! So then he tryed to sell me a new United ! Said that was all he could do ! Was going to meet me at the home on Saturday the 21st it my vac home so had to drive 1 hour in 30 mins ! 4 hours later never showed up ! My husband went to the manufactory, Oregon part right away! Never ever will I dear with A t. There bad business !!!!
