Both gentlemen that came to do routine maintenance on my unit were very professional and informative. I was aware of a possible issue and after they completed inspection I decided to replace the eleven year old unit. I have been a customer with A+ in the past and am completely satisfied with their services and highly recommend them. Had new unit installed, so far doing great.
