I’ve been a long time customer of A+. They replaced my unit in 2019 & I have had a maintenance contract since then. I called for service on April 18 because my thermostat wasn’t cooling the house to the set temperature; still cooling but not efficiently. Imagine my surprise when they told me that I needed a new unit caused by corrosion due to incorrect maintenance! They then proceeded with a HARD SELL for their new Lennox system. Seems they’ve been bought out & now want to move their clients to the new company units. After a LOT of arguments, I managed to convince them that I would not buy a new unit. They presented me with an estimate to replace my condenser coil for the (ridiculous) amount of $2249.12. They said they would call when the part came in. That was in April! I have yet to hear from them. I called another company because I felt I was getting a run around & guess what?? They fixed my unit with a $119 part! Things have been running fine since then. Needless to say - I will NEVER use A+ again.
