Extremely Poor Customer Service
We bought a new Lennox heat pump in July 2023. After installation we saw that it was damaged totally across one side. We notified Gavin & asked about our options. He offered next to nothing or a replacement. We of course opted for the replacement. Gavin said final payment was required, which we submitted. He also stated that once business slowed down, the unit would be replaced. It is now 3 months later & we haven’t heard anything! We contacted & requested a call back from his supervisor ( @ September) and we have heard NOTHING!! The paperwork we received says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We can’t even get a call back!!! This has been a very stressful & frustrating experience!! We have contacted Lennox Corp in TX. They were upset that a company that uses their name & product would treat customers so poorly!! It’s looking like the next step is contacting an attorney!
