I had them do a bathroom renovation project that I expected to take much longer, and cost more. Everything came together remarkably quickly, and they even threw in some extras. There were some parts of the project they don't normally handle, but when I asked for them to recommend someone to do it, they brought in the necessary people and scheduled it all perfectly.
