1. Our estimator, Connie, was excellent. She explained everything that she was doing and why to make a personalized estimate. We made changes and she handled all of our concerns and questions with professionalism and in a timely manner.
2. The crew arrived when expected to perform the installations. They were clear about what installation would happen and when. This took place over 3 days and we were never inconvenienced.
3. The installations were done in a timely manner. The crew worked efficiently, dealing with unexpected difficulties with ease. Very professional.
4. After installation we did a complete walk around with Riley. He answered any of our questions and explained how everything had been installed and maintenance required.
All in all this was an excellent experience and I fully recommend this company. Very professional and upfront to deal with.
