I was so impressed last year with how fast they worked. My furnace decided to quit on a cold day in March. That happened on a Monday. I found out it was the blower in my furnace. It's a 25-year-old furnace. I was a little concerned with the age of the furnace, so when he told me the price for the blower, I said to him, "What do you think? Should I look into a new furnace?" And he said he'd call a salesperson, and he got there within 30 minutes. He looked around the house, he was very honest, said he wasn't sure it would break down now, or ever. He said he could find something that would make sense for me and gave me a cost. I told him my brother knows about HVAC, and I wanted him to listen to what he had to say. Within an hour, we had a telephone conference with my brother. I just wanted to know if the one I was getting was a good one. My brother told me what a good brand would be. There were 2 price levels, one had extra features, and my brother recommended that one. He said that they'd be out tomorrow to install it. So by Tuesday afternoon, 4 guys came out, and they worked all day, didn't take a lunch break or anything. Two were inside tearing out the old furnace, the others were outside and working. You couldn't go faster than they did. It was nothing short of a miracle. Very impressive and I'm really happy. My experience has been really good with them.
