I've worked with Tedder Company LLC for years. I've never had any issues and really won't have anyone else out but Randy. He comes out twice a year to do maintenance on my units in my home. They always contact me when it's time and their work is good. Their price might be a little high but its worth it. Randal also works for both of my son's properties and I have referred him to many.
