The company has been an excellent one to work with from start to finish. We appreciated all the information we were provided as we made our decision as well as throughout the process. The members of the team were very professional and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed working with them and look forward to continued follow up if needed. As we have started working with more contractors to do extensive work on the remainder of our home we realize what an excellent experience it was to work with this group.
The process was an excellent one from start to finish. The team was very professional. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped us make an informed decision, even as a major problem was discovered in our home. They also had good communication skills and provided nice continuity throughout the process. The owner of the company made contact as well which gave us a sense of security with a company we did not know. The workmanship at this point appears to be well done. Since the quality of workmanship will actually be determined over time it is we are encouraged by the continued follow up provided by the company. We have been totally satisfied and will recommend this company to others as they look at replacing their roof. We enjoyed working with this team from the beginning but recently have discovered what an excellent job they do as we have worked with others that have not provided as positive experience for us.
