Although I was pleased for the most part, there is one thing I am unhappy about: I expected to receive a piece of shingle to use in order to file a complaint with the company that made the shingles. I was under the impression that we had made this clear to the salesman and I did not expect this to be a problem. I was out of town while the job was done, & when I came back I asked my husband where the shingle was so we could file for money from the manufacturer. I was flabbergasted to discover that no one had saved even a tiny piece for us.
