I just have an issue with jenny being either a bit defensive or just plain wrong. I 've discussed this with Shane in the past and wish to deal with him, but I've
given Jenny plenty of opportunity. The last one was ridiculous. Not giving our punch card free oil change because its a business account. Our account has NEVER
changed. The shop put the punch card on the key chain
and the shop punches out the little truck punch.
Hey, how about, "oops I goofed, let me fix that."
