My husband and I have been in business with CHRISTEN BROTHERS SERVICE ever since they opened. We've had a very good experience. Recently, they have worked on some electrical problems and basic car maintenance, i.e., tire changes, rotation, and oil changes. We will continue to use CHRISTEN BROTHERS SERVICE because they are our sons. But they've been raised right. They're honest, they're forthright with customers. They explain what's going on. And then they let the customer decide if they want the work done. I would tell a potential customer if they're looking for honesty, that's what they'll get. They will tell you if you need the work done now or if it can wait. We've gotten in a few times without an appointment. But usually, you should schedule the work to be done because they have a fairly good workload. They're very professional and friendly. They are also knowledgeable. They keep up on everything. They go to school to keep up to date. In fact, they will be going to California for training soon. I would say their rates are comparable. At least I believe they're in the ballpark. I would recommend CHRISTEN BROTHERS SERVICE to family and friends.
