Christen Brothers Service is the shop that I rely on for work that I can't do myself. Customer service wise, I would say they are good. I ran into a situation in which I found a mistake that they made and the way they rectified that I would consider good. I would recommend them to someone as a shop resource. Their prices are competitive. The one downside I can think of is that they don't have a loaner vehicle to give out.
