Koss Collision Center did a pretty darn good job for me. I dropped the vehicle off and then I picked it up. I wasn't really involved past that. My local Mercedes-Benz dealer recommended them and the insurance company paid them. The staff behind the counter was great and the repair guys were great. The repair took about a week which was what I expected. I heard they do a lot of collision work with Mercedes vehicles. Overall, I had a great experience at Koss Collision Center.
