This shop is as good as they say they are. Very few people in this industry are remotely as good as they claim. Koss Collision Center is even better than they claim they are. I'd give them six stars if I could. They provided me with a quote in writing and told me exactly what they were going to do. Their work was outstanding. After the repair got started, the guy discovered a way to save me money and called me repeatedly before finally reaching me to get the okay before proceeding. The dealer tried sending me to another shop that would have cost more and taken longer. Koss Collision Center really had its priorities straight. They gave me a veteran's discount and had the car repair finished very quickly. Their emphasis is on customer service, not just dollars and cents. Now my wife wants her car repainted, so I plan to call Koss later today to get a quote. I highly recommend Koss Collision Center!
