I had a really bad experience with the first place I took my car to. They took the car completely apart before I even hired them for the job and they had to put it back together for me before I could pick it up. I was very unhappy. Then, my sister gave me the name of Koss Collision Center because her brother-in-law works there. When I got in touch with him, he put me in touch with Bob who took care of me. Bob was fantastic. He took a look at the entire car without taking it apart and told me what had to be done. I gave Koss the job, and now the car's fine and I'm happy. Everyone at Koss was very friendly. It was an entirely different experience from before. I went from a disappointing experience of how things should not be done to a wonderful experience of how things should be done! I recommend Koss Collision Center!
