Simple in and out estimate and repair. Other shops I went to gave estimates only one day a week and another took a week for the estimate after calling twice. Koss took 15 minuite to write the estimate - plus the lowest estimate. Professional office with knowledgeable people. Took car to Koss, like 6 days later it was complete. Clean, washed, and looked great. I am very picky and I was pleasantly surprised. Color and repair was undetectable from rest of car.
