I brought my car to Koss Collision after I was involved in an accident. I had called around to multiple shops but I wasn't getting the answers I wanted! I loooove my car so hearing all of these shops say "you can come in next week for an estimate and then bring IG back for repairs in 3-4 weeks" was UNACCEPTABLE. There was no way I was going to be without my car that long! When I called into Koss they invited me down the SAME DAY for an estimate. I had gone in that day (I believe a Thursday). I met with Don who was very Kind and professional. Don wrote up an estimate and told me I could take time to think about it and talk it over with my husband. Which was really nice that he wasn't pressuring me to make a decision then and there! Needless to say, I decided to go ahead and let Don know I wanted to move forward with the repairs. That same day he ordered the parts needed to fix my car and by Tuesday they had received the parts and were ready for me to drop off my car. Fast forward to TWO weeks later my car was ready!!! TWO!! This was amazing considering most places couldn't even see me for an estimate in that time. One thing I was super nervous about was the paint! Of course I wanted the paint to match perfectly and it did!!! Overall, I was super happy with the work done by Koss Collision. They even washed and vacuumed my car while I was taking care of paperwork in the office! Oh! Not to mention they arranged for the car rental place to pick me up and to pick up the rental after my car was done. Hopefully I'm not involved in anymore accidents but if I ever am I know I'll definitely be going back to the friendly people of Koss Collision!
