I reached out to Koss based on reviews had I found online. I am not located in the San Jose area but we have a regional office in the area and one of our delivery vehicles was involved in a minor accident and needed repair. Don and the team were very easy to work with, they were able to provide exceptional service according to our requirements. I had not problems communicating or conducting business with them even though I was not physically in the area. Highly recommended.
