My water heater was well beyond its projected lifespan and temperature recovery was slow so had it replaced before it failed. The water heater lacked a pan and drain, which was added. There were several things about plumbing in utility closet needing attention, most importantly poor shutoff valves. A clear plan of what would be done was provided and work was completed according to the plan. I was very pleased with the end result. I would definitely recommend Duane Blanton to my neighbors and will use them again in the future.
