We bought our house 3 months ago and knew we were on borrowed time with our 20 year old HVAC unit. After two days of leaking out water and freon, it was nothing more than a glorified fan. JAK was honest and showed us the issues from the corroded core to the kinked line to the exterior unit. They replaced the unit and went above and beyond to fix all the poor quality work from the last owner from the wrong gauge of wiring to the improper drain line. And even though I know they went over on time and materials to fix all the issues, they honored their original quoted price. So many HVAC companies would have charged us more. They were courteous and professional, even taking time to explain the ins and outs of the new system to us. I'd highly recommend even though they may not be the cheapest out there, the quality of work and confidence you'll have it is done right is worth every penny.
