The technicians were as always timely and pleasant. They are great with my very friendly and enthusiastic dogs - which gets them bonus points in my book!
In the end the issue wasn't a plumbing problem but that didn't stop them from making sure I understood what was likely to need done and why. We've been a client of A-1 for a couple of years now and have never had anything but outstanding service.
