Kept in contact with me, he suggested I could use insurance to help the cost-I didn't even think about it. He handled the details for me, since this is a rental and I live out of state it's hard to know what to say to the insurance people as I don't get to see the damage/results, but I am very pleased with the extra steps they took on my behalf. Excellent employees.
