Oh my gosh!!! I am blown away at all the guys that arrived at my house after the initial visit by Steven Grant. Stoney Davidson was so professional and explained everything he would be doing for me and how long he expected it to take. He had 2 others guys with him and I apologize for not writing down their names. All 3 worked tirelessly to get the job done. And Mike Martin, arrived and did the coolest air test. And like Stoney, explain the entire process he would do, performed the air check, packed up all the equipment and said Steven would come back and do a final check and discuss results.

For sure, Stoney was in charge. As soon as I showed him the disappearing stairway in the garage, he disappeared up the stairs and the work began immediately. I asked the guys several times if they wanted to take a break and have something to drink. Each time, they thanked me and kept working. The work was done just as Steven had said and Stoney explained. Once they had finished, he allowed me to go up the stairs and peek at the attic. WOW!!! It looks like a brand-new room. The cellulose and the SilverGlo added to the attic makes me understand how I was losing energy and how this for sure would make a HUGE difference.

The past few days have been below 30 degrees in the AM hours and I can tell already the furnace does not run as much. The house heats up very quickly and stays warmer longer. I can't wait to see my next few monthly power bills.

As well, I have been dealing with home improvements to floors, doors and bathrooms. On a work scale of 1-10, GSM hit 15 EVERYTIME on all dealings from start to finish. From the initial visit, the team that did the attic and crawl space, to clean-up before leaving and then the final audit done today, I am blown away.

Steven called me weekly to check on work to be done, after it was done and then to schedule an appointment for today. Then called at 2:30 today, to tell me he would be 10 minutes late... OMG really? I just can't thank you enough for the superior work, the follow-up calls, the friendly staff and on time delivery as promised. The integrity I expected from a company with the brand recognition I have seen on your trucks around York County for years, not only did as they said but is now a company I know I can trust. You have an excellent team and a brand that you all should be very proud of. I've already spoken to neighbors about this wonderful experience and they are encouraged to call and set up their own appointment with you.
