The central air went out and the contractors our warranty company had called before failed to show up--and then they called Aire Serv of Mid Missouri. They were an hour away and we were out of their service area, but they came and did the work--and that was fantastic. We were really glad because they showed up and took care of it in one day. They were prompt and also got back to me when I needed additional work, and they were there within a reasonable, specified time. This experience was my first time using them, and it was their professionalism that impressed me the most. The technician was great and we appreciate their help.
