We had a slow-running drain, so we asked Quick Action Plumbers to come out and take care of it for us. They were five hours late showing up. Then, they did not do exactly what we asked them to do, so they were supposed to come back out today to address that problem. But once again, they were late. When we called to check on them, we were told that we were not even on the schedule today. That is why we are giving them "Two Stars". Hopefully they will get out here today and take care of the issue, but until they do, we are not very happy with them.
