Felt like a scam

We had this company out twice to tighten a leaky faucet. We paid $85 the second time, a few months later it started leaking again so we called again and this time the technician didn't even want to bother trying to tighten the faucet he tried to sell us a new one for $350. So basically we wasted $35 having someone come out and try to sell us an upgrade

At your request we could have also tightened it again for you if that was the course of action you would have preferred.
