I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom tub, and it was leaking to my downstairs. They had to cut a hole in my wall and that was disclosed and everything. But when they couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from, they went upstairs and cut another hole in the wall unnecessarily. It ended up just being a drain that needed to be sealed from the tub. I just felt like it cost me more money to fix the problem than it should have. Other than that, the service gentleman, Alexis, and the other guy, they were really nice.
