First time using them probably would not use them again.
They came out and ran a camera in our drain lines to see if there was something in the drains that was clogging it. I asked them to look for roots. They informed me that the tank was full.
However, I felt like they were trying to price gouge me. The guy quoted me $1200 to pump the tank.
