I have used Precision Flooring in my own personal home and for clients homes. Donnie is always there when he says he will be, and he does what he says he will do. When something goes wrong, he fixes it right away. That, for me, is the true test of a good vendor.

There was a time when he ordered the right carpet, but they shipped the wrong one, and it didn't cost me a dime. He was right there to get it fixed fast. Donnie is available and does what says he is going to do. He helps the customer.
