Salesman was very prompt, gave us a very good price and saw the job through to completion. The techs showed up the next day and quickly went to work installing our new furnace by noon. When I expressed a couple of small areas I wasn't quite satisfied with the salesman had a rep. out within hours. He explained things to us and got everything fixed except the catch pan, which we still haven't seen yet. The unit works very well but we haven't been inspected yet because of the catch pan.
