They do pretty good by us
Our condo complex has been using United Mechanical Inc. for years; in fact, the association has been using them even before I started working here. They do everything for us when it comes to our HVAC: repairs, maintenance and installation too. They do pretty good by us, they show up when you call them, if there's an emergency call they send people right out, they're very professional.
