I have used United Mechanical Inc. several times in the past. They have serviced my home and three other properties that I own. Their crew and supervisor are always responsive when an issue that comes up. They had installed a coil in my ac unit last year. This year my ac started leaking and they could not find where the leak was coming from. After two or three technicians and a supervisor coming out over a span of days and an enormous amount of time, they found that the drain pan underneath the AC unit had a crack it in and replaced it. This situation lets me know that they communicate with each other, including the supervisor in finding a resolution to your issue. For that, I give them five-star ratings for service! The coil had also been replaced by them last year. They were diligent in their work and resolved the issue!
