I did reply. Here was my reply I sent to United:

Danielle Shine was excellent. We appreciate her attention to detail and pleasant personality.

"Tested heat plus cooling plus float switches. Secondary pan switch was not breaking circuit,
removed switch and ohmed out, determined switch to be bad. Quoted $174, $156.60 after maintenance agreement
discount. Customer would first like to check with builder and see if he can get it covered."

This is a $5.00 part in the Home Depot. Quoted me $174.00 - really? Sea Breeze replaced this part for me at no charge in 5 minutes.
