The success of my transaction goes to the saying "the $@!#% is in the details". Victoria (painfully I suspect ) went through my order with me on several occasions. With every detail reviewed more than once, and final adjustments suggested by Victoria the order was delivered as ordered and within the time frame provided. I only wish picking the new floor was so easy!!!!!
