The Pro Tech team has been doing a great job for us the past couple days. Our furnace broke down the last night of the Polar Vortex. I called our usual service provider and was told they could not get a technician to us for four days. I called Pro Tech and they said they would be over within the day. We were already aware that we needed a new furnace, and Lance, the salesman, did a great job explaining our options to us. We ended up replacing furnace, a/c, and water heater because we qualified for the Michigan Saves loan that Pro Tech is a participating provider with. Jacob and the rest of the guys arrived promptly Monday morning and began installing the new appliances. Monday night I had heat. It has been a pain free process and the guys have left the basement looking like they found it. I appreciate the speediness and care they have provided.
