Lance (salesman) and Kevin (installer) were both VERY professional and thorough as well. They both made sure to explain what was needed and much more efficient my boiler would be and why it was needed. I had 2 other company's come by and this being my first time needing an HVAC guy, I wasn't 100% sure what I was needing. Well the other 2 guys who came by, in my opinion didn't seem to care as much as pro-tech did. These guys care and are very helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better company to come to our assistance!
