Both Jake and Kevin where professional and polite. They alerted me when they had to shut-off the gas and the water heater. They were also very careful about laying down protective coverings for the carpet in the basement. They did an excellent job on the installation of the furnace. Jake also showed me where I should have had a 16x24x1 filter instead of a 16x25x1, which stuck out a full inch. They corrected the problem and closed off one side and capped the other end, so I wouldn't be pulling air in from outside the furnace. Maybe a small fix, but made great sense to me.
