I used them in July to clean my carpets. .I did leave a previous comment...The stepped were absolutely drenched! soaking wet, squished when I walked!............Took me a long time and a pile of towels soaking up water!...another day before dry!...I was very upset, they had lame excuses..were dismissive of how upset I was......Did not take me seriously.......I left feedback saying all was good other than soaking my steps................They had the AUDACITY TO CONTACT ME AND ASK ME TO REMOVE MY NEGATIVE COMMENT!..........I called them today about another cleaning , not realizing it was the same people......The person was very flippant about what happened ..........
