I have not installed a new furnace/air unit before and was very apprehensive going in to this process. Scott Lee was my 5th of 5 total bids and it wasn't even close. Shawn made me feel very comfortable. He went over items that no one had even addressed. I felt that he listened to my concerns and answered my questions without trying to sell me on things i didn't need. His professionalism and a great price made my decision very easy. Tommy and Larry arrived right on time and did a great job installing the unit even though I have kind of crazy entrance that they had to work around. I don't know if you can call a furnace beautiful but if you can, this one is. The work was done in a timely manner and they patiently answered my questions about the new system. I will definitely be recommending Scott Lee to friends and family.
