This was my first time using Summit Floor Experts. I was simply replacing laminate flooring for vinyl flooring in my home. Robert came out to the house and was really friendly. He showed up on time, and he called me 20 to 30 minutes before he arrived just like he said he that he would. When he got there, he measured everything and had samples in the car which really helped me out because I don't like going to the stores and shopping. He was very communicative all throughout the process. I can't think of one single time that I called him and he didn't answer his phone. Within two weeks of the measurement, I had new floors installed, and I am very pleased with the outcome. It was an excellent overall experience, and I would definitely recommend Summit Floor Experts to anybody wanting a professional and friendly company to install new flooring in their home!
