I had no problem with JN Electrical Temperature Control, Inc. Our air conditioner had something going on. It might have been the heat pump, I'm not sure, but the young man that showed up, came in a timely manner, and was here when they said he would be. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it with the tools he had with him. He was a very nice young man, and explained everything to us. It was a good experience, and I would absolutely use them again.
