I have used JN Comfort several times before. This time they came out and serviced my heat pump and air conditioning unit to get ready for the summer. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He did a very good job, and he cleaned up everything after he was finished.

Their customer service was very good, too. They try to fit the service calls into my schedule. Their pricing seems a little high, but I am not sure what the other companies are charging, so I don't know how it compares. I do know that they do good work, and I will continue to use them.
