We have used JN Comfort before. About seven years ago, they replaced a heating and air conditioning unit for us. We have a service contract with them so they come out to do maintenance twice a year.
When the technician serviced our unit, he was very thorough. He was knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain what he was doing while he was working on it.
Their pricing has increased over the years but it is still very reasonable. They have very good customer service, and we will continue to use them
