Poor customer service stopped me from pulling the trigger on a couple of companies and I'm glad I did. I gave Theater Xtreme a call and spoke with Brian and the rest is history. I like a company (large or small) with good customer service, courtesy, punctuality, competitive pricing and customer care. Brian and partner showed it all with their quality products and service. I now have a kick $@!#% home theater system with lots of envy from friends and family.
