This was my first time looking at projectors. I was impressed when I walk into the store. There were a few projectors out in the main space and six or seven theatres nicely displayed. Brian greeted and showed me the different projectors and displays. He was really helpful and answered all my questions.

With the info in hand, I could have done by research and buy from anywhere but because Brian was so friendly and patient with me that I decided to give him my business. I bought one of their open box projectors, which was almost perfect condition, at a great price. I save $1,000 off of the retail price and it came with some extra accessories too. The projector works great and is so clear.

On top of great service, product and price, the staff are professional and a pleasure to deal with. Brian, whom I dealt with mostly, always respond to my emails to answer my questions. He still answers my email even though I already bought the projector. Most places I know, once you bought something from them, they disappear or start to ignore you.

I recommend anyone who's thinking about a projector to try this place. You will be amazed!
