We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of professionalism and expertise of Brian Leong. We have had poor experiences in the past with other so-called experts but Brian had us convinced of the quality of the equipment within the first 15 mins after entering his store. He was very helpful in making us comfortable with our purchase and followed up with emails and telephone calls to make sure all went well with the install. As far as the installation, again,we were very pleased and impressed with our installer, Eugene. He was quite knowledgeable and remained on site until all aspects of the installation were completed (way beyond quitting time). Overall, our experience with the Xtreme Theater professionals was surprisingly easy and extremely professional.
