I used TOMTEK HVAC to investigate a non-functioning baseboard heater. The staff was able to diagnose the issue and they helped me get the unit up and running again. Overall, the service went very well and I would definitely recommend this company to other people. This was my first time using the company, so I appreciate that the staff didn't pressure me with their sales and that they weren't pushy. Both of the workers who came out were very nice people and I would continue to use this company for another service. I like that the staff came out the same day that I called them and that they explained all of the work to me.
