Call them out to fix blockage. Problem was not solved but was still charged $550.

Thank you for answering the phone just now and sorry you could not talk. When we had our 2nd plumber available to come to your home, you were not there. I am sorry this happened but we certainly would have warrantied our work as indicated on our invoice had you allowed us the opportunity.
