Came out but did not solve the issue. Reccomendations for a plumber was incorrect and not needed. Another company and tech solve the issue after paying Coolray that did not solve the issue.
Tech should be more sure of what is needed to be done before suggesting to call a plumber which I did not need. What I needed was for him to check the unit and he would have found the paper stuck in the coil. SO this I eel was money wasted as he did not fix the issue.
